SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS SUNDAY, 28th April 2019

  1. PRAISE YE THE LORD! Today is our Enough Is Enough, Thanksgiving and Baby Dedication Service. In the light of this, ‘Enough is Enough’ to all issue of concern in your health, career, academic, business, finance, family, and other areas in Jesus mighty name! Amen and Amen. Kindly, give attention to the following announcements.
  1. COVENANT HOUR OF PRAYER (CHOP). These continue tomorrow, Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 7 am. Similarly, our 30 Minutes Pre-Service Intercessory Prayer to allow interested individuals to participate fully in prayers before the service start time. The meeting location is within the Church premises. 
  1. 38th ANNIVERSARY OF THE LIBERATION MANDATE. Praise the Lord! The Liberation Mandate turns 38 this week, Thursday, May 2nd, 2019. We must return with a heart of gratitude to our God as a family, for His marvellous acts in our midst and around the world, since the Liberation Mandate was delivered. Without any iota of doubt, this Commission has been an embodiment of the manifold Grace of God in all aspects, and for this reason, we owe God thanks, to secure the preservation, multiplication and perfection of His blessings upon this Commission until date. To this end, the following are the line-up of events:
  2. A Weeklong Celebration Praise, which shall begin tomorrow evening, Monday 29th April to Thursday 2nd May 2019, across our Churches worldwide. Time is from 6.30 pm to 8 pm daily.
  3. The Annual Liberation Night, which shall be a full-blown Hosanna Night, and comes up this Friday 3rd May 2019. As we engage in High Praises, giving Him Hosanna in the Highest” order of praise, what happened in the temple at Jerusalem shall be repeated in our midst, as Jesus sends packing everything buying and selling from our lives, in response to our hosanna praise. Time is from 10 pm to 5 am.

As part of this celebration, we have slots for ministrations in songs, diverse Youth Performances, such as Play lets, Choreography, Special Dance, etc. this celebration week. All other weekly programs are on hold, as we celebrate the faithfulness of God, over the past 38 years of this Commission, to the glory of God! Amen.

  1. POST RESURRECTION ENCOUNTERS. Be reminded, speaking about Christ after His resurrection, “To whom also He shewed himself alive.” (Acts 1:3). We see Christ celebrating the triumph of resurrection among His disciples for 40 days. Therefore, we are to all expect raw resurrection order of encounters that will change our story forever as individuals, which will not end until May 31st 2019. We must endeavour to be spiritually awake, remain on our watch and set ourselves upon our towers to maximise this divine visitation. We are to take a shot of the anointing oil every night all through this season that will open new chapters to our lives and perfect all things that concern us during this prophetic celebration season, in the name of Jesus Christ!
  2. WORD OF FAITH BIBLE INSTITUTE (WOFBI). All prospective students are to make out time, plan to attend by registering and picking up WOFBI form today, from the bookshop for the following Birmingham WOFBI Learning Centre sessions for this year 2019.
  • Basic Certificate Course (BCC) will hold from 27th May to 1st June 2019.
  • Leadership Certificate Course (LCC) will hold from 29th July to 3rd August 2019.
  • Leadership Diploma Course (LDC) will hold from 19th to 24th August 2019.
  • Summer Junior Bible School (SJBS) will hold from 12th to 23rd August 2019.
  • Basic Certificate Course (BCC) will hold from 28th October to 2nd November 2019.

Please note, these courses are intensive programs that run from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday except for the SJBS for Our Children, which is 2 Weeks and run from 9.30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. A full scholarship covering course fees is available for those who recently joined the Church for BCC and SJBS Courses ONLY, while the LCC and LDC both have course fees.   1. WINNING FOUNDATION SCHOOL/ HOLY GHOST AND WATER BAPTISM. The Winning Foundation School is a one-time school where we teach all New Converts, New Worshippers and everyone yet to attend Christian living keys resulting in their victorious living, empowerment, and establishment in the faith and this Church. The Winning Foundation School take place on the 2nd Sunday, and the last Saturday of every month, from 10:30 am – 12:15 pm. The Holy Ghost and Water Baptism take place after all the three (3) services and winning School on the 2nd Sunday, and the last Saturday of every month, within the premises. Besides, everyone who has not attended the School, or have not been baptised in water by immersion and in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues is to come with a change of clothing and partake of this vital demand.
  2. FELLOWSHIP WITH US THIS SATURDAY AT THE WSF. Our house fellowship holds this Saturday in several locations across Birmingham and its environs, locate the one closest to us from the notice board and front office desk. Time is 5 to 6 pm. Similarly, all cell ministers and members are encouraged to engage in 15 Minutes every Saturday Preparatory WSF Mobilization from 4:45 pm to 5:00 pm, mobilising all their contacts, neighbours and members to their Cell Fellowship meetings!
  3. SPECIAL HEALING SERVICE. The Special Healing Service shall hold this Tuesday. Invite anyone sick, oppressed, ill, and under the bondage of afflictions. The healing Jesus, the Great Physician and Healer, will heal every health challenge and confront any kinds of sickness, illness, disease. So come with a heartfelt expectation for an encounter with Jesus Christ. Daytime is Tuesday, 10 am to 12 pm. Let us all ensure we attend!
  4. THE TECHNICAL, PRODUCTION, MEDIA AND CREATIVITY UNITS ARE RECRUITING! The units are receiving New Members desiring to join the Technical/ Production Unit and the Media/ Creativity Unit of the Church. So are you? Passionate about the work of God; flexible, available and committed; possess interpersonal skills, adapt well in a team and excellent communication skills; skilled in any area of audio-visual, online and or social media; experienced in use of technological devices/applications or able to learn new things. Collect, fill and return the Service Unit form from and to the Front Office Desk. Alternatively, send an email indicating your interest to birmingham@winners-chapel.org.uk. Kindly note, informal interviews, induction, training and practical sessions will be part of the recruitment process.
  5. 38th ANNIVERSARY THANKSGIVING SERVICE. Next Sunday, 5th May 2018 shall be a prophetic service as we celebrate the 38th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service of this Commission. All of the blessings upon this Commission shall be released upon all worshippers, granting everyone accesses into the realm of unstoppable breakthroughs in life. No one in this Commission shall be stranded, grounded or suffer anymore setback in life again. Come along with your dancing shoes and family members for an encounter with the life-transforming Word. The Service schedule is as usual – 30am, 10.30am, and 12.30pm. Ensure you attend!
  6. APPOINTMENT WITH THE RESIDENT PASTOR. You can book counselling sessions and other arrangements with the Resident Pastor via the staff at the front office desk. All meetings should be for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 11 am and 3 pm. For all suggestions, contributions, challenges and prayers as it relates to you and the Church.   1. BARFORD STREET CARPARK IS AVAILABLE FOR SUNDAY SERVICES ONLY. The Barford Street Car park which is about 3 Minutes’ Walk from Church is available to meet our parking needs only during Sunday Services. We are reminded to lock our car, advised to park cars only at the designated car parks for security reasons and obey the traffic officials to avoid parking fines. Thanks for complying!

OUR GIVING COVENANT.Be reminded to fulfil our covenant obligations using the offering cards and envelope in the payment of our tithes; worship offering; transport seeds; less privilege and welfare seeds; vows and other commitments. All cheques are to be made payable to World Mission Agency. You will never lack!
  1. ENLISTMENT FORMS AS MISSIONARY EVANGELIST. The enlistment form and requirement is on the Faith Tabernacle Church website: faithtabernacle.org.ng for suitable applicants as Missionary Evangelist. Please be guided by information on site.
  1. TEENS AND CHILDREN’S CHURCH SERVICES. All Parents and Guardians are to mandate our teenagers; ages 13yrs to 19yrs to attend the Teens Church Services which holds simultaneously at the Teens Church during the third Service (at 12.30pm). Besides, our Children ages 2yrs to 12yrs are to attend the Children Church Services in any of the Services.
  1. SAFETY AND SECURITY OF OUR ITEMS. Our bags and belongings should not be left unattended at any time for the safety and security of our items. No one should be found loitering in the Church Office block, and facility. Where we notice suspicious movements, alert the security personnel and or any other staff. Meanwhile, in case you recently lost personal items within the Church premises like writing pads, bibles, etc. Kindly, check at the protocol stand to recover the item(s). In due course, unclaimed items become charitable.
  1. SENIOR CITIZENS AND ELDERS FORUM. The Senior Citizens and Elders Forum has been flagged-off. All Senior Citizens and Elderly Members Ages 55 and above are admonished and expected to be part of the Forum and their meetings. Be blessed as you attend.
  1. BUS PILOT RECRUITMENT. The Transport Unit is currently recruiting Bus Pilots to join the unit and ensure they have adequate resources to continuously convey Church members back and forth the Church premises, via our designated routes across Birmingham. Interested Persons should register at the WSF Stand at the foyer or the Deacon’s Board table. Meanwhile, the review of the Bus Transportation routes is currently ongoing, and please fill the transportation request form to indicate our transport needs and request with the team.
  1. BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE ROUTES. These routes have commenced across our WSF Cell Clusters, Zones and significant roads. These are to assist in bringing the transportation provision closer to us; details of the various routes are available for at the protocol stand on the Bus Route leaflet. Meanwhile, all car owners are encouraged to register their cars as ‘Chariots of Light’, and drive through the routes when making their way to Church services and assist in conveying worshippers, where empty seats exist in their cars.
